Parking Instructions
General Parking Area Located on Mill House Road across from orchard
From Route 9W
Drive past the House, up the hill. Turn right into driveway marked by signs. Enter through wooden rail fence. Follow path to circle. Park facing the designated small hill.
From Old Post Rd
Turn left into driveway marked by signs. Enter through wooden rail fence. Follow path to circle. Park facing the designated small hill.
Passenger Drop-off ONLY Enter driveway next to stone wall and bridge at bottom of hill. Stay to the right to circle the mound. Drop off passengers near side of House. Turn left onto Mill House Road. Go to general parking area at top of hill.
Handicapped Parking Space located next to House.

Regular Hours
Guided Tours -- Saturday & Sunday at 10:30, 1:30, 3:00 Wed-Fri: groups of 10+ w/reservations made at least 48hrs prior
Group tours of 10+ require reservations. Call 845-236-3126 or email us.
Visitors must be on a paid, guided tour to enter the House and Mill.
